{"id":833,"date":"2016-07-19T00:05:27","date_gmt":"2016-07-19T00:05:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.mimo.im\/rolf1\/es\/?p=833"},"modified":"2016-08-11T11:58:15","modified_gmt":"2016-08-11T09:58:15","slug":"the-supersole-concept","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/physiospain.com\/es\/the-supersole-concept\/","title":{"rendered":"El concepto de Supersole"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>El dolor de su espalda se puede tener su origen en los pies!<\/strong><\/p>\n<div id=\"wrap\">\n<div id=\"med2\">\n<div id=\"contenido\">\n<div class=\"post\">\n<p>El concepto de Supersole es un sistema de gesti\u00f3n de los problemas relacionados con los pies, que combina la terapia f\u00edsica en forma de terapia de ejercicio, la movilizaci\u00f3n y la manipulaci\u00f3n con la posibilidad de crear plantillas personalizadas para los pacientes cuando sea necesario.<\/p>\n<p>Es bien sabido por los fisioterapeutas que un problema en la espalda, las caderas o las rodillas puede estar originado a los cimientos mismos del cuerpo, &#8211; los pies \u2013 y que estos puedan encontrarse en una posici\u00f3n incorrecta.<br \/>\nAqu\u00ed la formaci\u00f3n \u00a0y la experiencia de los fisioterapeutas es una herramienta \u00fanica en t\u00e9rminos de su t\u00e9cnica de exploraci\u00f3n basada en la anatom\u00eda y la biomec\u00e1nica.<\/p>\n<p>Para fisioterapeutas es impensable apoyar el pie del paciente con una plantilla sin verificar si la causa real pueda deberse a:<br \/>\n\u2022 Que el movimiento en una de las articulaciones del pie se reduce o se cambia y necesita tratamiento.<br \/>\n\u2022 Que el pie compense por una diferencia de longitud anatomica de las piernas.<br \/>\n\u2022 La alineaci\u00f3n entre el pie, la rodilla y la cadera sean incorrectas.<br \/>\nToda esta informaci\u00f3n es fundamental e indispensable para examinar y tratar.<br \/>\nNuestra filosof\u00eda es que &#8211; las plantillas no son un instrumento pasivo, sino parte de un tratamiento.<\/p>\n<p>Es importante que las plantillas se puedan \u00a0ajustar y modificar seg\u00fan la terapia f\u00edsica, la forma de movilizaci\u00f3n y\u00a0 la rehabilitaci\u00f3n seg\u00fan la necesidad y los resultados.<br \/>\nEs importante que las plantillas se puedan ajustar si la condici\u00f3n del paciente cambia como resultado de la progresi\u00f3n del tratamiento.<br \/>\nLos fisioterapeutas deben formarse especialmente, antes de que puedan utilizar el sistema de Supersoles\u00a0 como tratamiento, a trav\u00e9s de un curso especializado que se basa en la formaci\u00f3n universitaria b\u00e1sica de los fisioterapeutas.<br \/>\nEsto garantiza un alto nivel profesional de los agentes de Supersole.<\/p>\n<div class=\"back\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El dolor de su espalda se puede tener su origen en los pies!
