Kroppsholdningen kan ogs\u00e5 v\u00e6re p\u00e5virket av genetikk\/arv. Personer som ikke er i psykisk balanse eller kjenner seg usikre ( ungdom i puberteten) Samspillet i bevegelsesapparatet blir over tid nedsatt og kan i f\u00f8re til symptomer og plager i nerve-, muskel- og skjelettsystemet.<\/p>\n<p>En d\u00e5rlig kroppsholdning kan resultere i karakteristiske s\u00e6rtrekk som;<\/p>\n<p>Fremoverb\u00f8yd nakke, rund brystrygg, fremskutte og inadroterte skuldre framskutte skuldre og s\u00e5 kalte engle vinger.<br \/>\nStramme\/overaktive muskler i brystet(pectoralis major og minor) fremre nakke\/hals (sternocleidomastoideus), og bakside av nakke\/skuldre (spesielt \u00f8vre trapezius, levator scapula).<br \/>\nSvake\/underaktive muskler p\u00e5 fremsiden av nakke\/hals (dype nakkefleksorer), og svakhet diagonalt bak ved skulderbladet (musculus trapezius, rhomboideus og serratus anterior).<br \/>\n<strong>Symptomer:<\/strong><br \/>\nSymptomer relatert til \u00d8KS kan v\u00e6re nakkesmerter, \u00f8vre brystryggplager, skulder plager, hodepine, kjeveleddsproblematikk og thoracic outlet syndrom. Du vil troligvis f\u00e5 trigger punkter,lokale smerte punkter og ev. tr\u00f8tthetsf\u00f8lelse mellom skulderbladene.<\/p>\n<p>Vi er spesialistene som kan hjelpe deg.
