Det er naturligvis det essensielle i all effektiv behandling for \u00e5 oppn\u00e5 forventet resultat. Da f\u00f8rst kan en adekvat behandling velges.<br \/>\n<strong>Visuelt<\/strong><br \/>\nEtter den innledende sykehistorien, vil jeg se etter feilstilling, deviasjon fra normal kroppsholdning. Muskelsvakhet og spenninger, kan nesten alltid forklare posturale deviasjoner. Visuell unders\u00f8kelse av bl\u00f8tdelshevelse og forandringer i muskelst\u00f8rrelse, (hypertrofi, atrofi) vil gi meg en viktig diagnostisk indikasjon.<br \/>\nDenne del av unders\u00f8kelsen kalles POSTURAL ANALYSE.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Palpasjon \/ F\u00f8ling<\/strong><br \/>\nJeg vil f\u00f8le (palpere) om det er varme og hevelse i det skadde omr\u00e5det. F\u00f8ling av det lokale bl\u00f8tdelsvevet og ben er alltid en viktig del av min unders\u00f8kelse. Palpering av muskler vil alltid gi meg informasjon om ev. feilfunksjon (dysfunksjon) som vil kreve passende behandling.<br \/>\nDenne del av unders\u00f8kelsen kalles STATISK PALPASJON.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mobilitets \/muskel test<\/strong><br \/>\nEr det nedsatt bevegelse i smerteomr\u00e5det pga. skaden? Testing av segmentelle l\u00e5sninger mellom virvler samt bevegelsesesutslag b\u00e5de passivt\u00a0og aktivt. Muskelfunksjon som styrke\u00a0og beveglighet er ytterst viktig for \u00e5 fastsl\u00e5 hvilken sene\/muskel som er \u00e5rsaken til problemet. Det er absolutt ikke alltid smerteomr\u00e5det\u00a0og smerte\u00e5rsaken korresponderer med hverandre.<br \/>\nDette kalles en ortopedisk funksjonell test eller DYNAMISK PALPASJON.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nevrologisk test<\/strong><br \/>\nEn nevrologisk unders\u00f8kelse er viktig for slutt diagnostiseringen. Testing av dype senereflekser, nedsatt f\u00f8lelse (sensibilitet) er n\u00f8dvendig for \u00e5 lokalisere en nerveskade. Manuell testing av muskelstyrke \/ svekkelse\/ smerte gir ytterligere informasjon.<br \/>\nDenne del av unders\u00f8kelsen kalles FUNKSJONELL NEVROLOGI.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Komplimenterende unders\u00f8kelser<\/strong><br \/>\nR\u00f8ntgen, MR; CT, Ulralydskanner (se info); unders\u00f8kelse, kan v\u00e6re n\u00f8dvendig diagnostisk hjelp. Det kan ogs\u00e5 gi informasjon om problemet ligger utenfor mitt fagomr\u00e5de. Sykehistorien, statisk og dynamisk palpasjon og nevrologisk unders\u00f8kelse vil gi meg informasjon om det er n\u00f8dvendig med disse kompletterende unders\u00f8kelser.
