<p>Your muscles a friend or an enemy?<br />
Of course I need my muscles,or even more strength ,is maybe your first thought. But what if the balance between the flexors and the extensor is wrong? The muscle is a contractile tissue that gets stronger and shorter with activity. They get shorter without a adequate stretch and/or <strong><a href="https://physiospain.com/lower-cross-syndrome/">wrong posture</a>.</strong> An other problem is a static position, let&#8217;s say you keep your arm elevated for a couple of minutes. Then you soon get a fatigue in the arm caused by lack of circulation.<br />
As result you get sore areas, trigger points,than can be active or sleeping TP. You get pain and lack of strength in the long run. Furthermore you can provoke an imbalance that change your posture dramatically. This can be avoided or at least reduced if you have someone with the skill to examine and guide you.</p>

<p>Una secuencia cinematica adecuada, y hacer los movimientos correctos de la pelvis, el tronco, los brazos y el palo es fundamental para obtener resultados optimos. Los patrones de movimiento y la potencia del mismo es como un cohete de 4 etapas, donde la potencia de cada etapa lleva a la siguiente. Si estas fisicamente limitado, ya sea por una falta de movilidad, fuerza y/o coordinacion, el cuerpo intentara compensar, con un resultado de movintos con muy poca estabilidad.</p>
<p><strong>Reduciendo el riesgo de lesion.</strong></p>
<p>Si mi movimiento es inestable el riesgo de producir dolor, sobrecarga o lesion es real. Y tarde o temprano estas lesiones se produciran.<br />
Titelist han llegado a comprender esto y han desarrollado un proceso que se llama &#8220;Screening&#8221;. En este proceso los movimientos se miden y se analiza la calidad del movimiento,tambien se hacen pruebas de la fuerza y el equilibrio, entre otras cosas.</p>
<p><strong>Instructor Titleist Autorizado.</strong></p>
<p>Como instructor Titleist autorizado tengo competencia para poder hacer este &#8220;Screening&#8221;. Por lo tanto puedo evaluarle, con una gran precision y sin haberle visto jugar, si tiene algun problema con su swing resultando en lanzamiento de palo, desplazamiento lateral (bien en la subida o en el impacto), peso atras y/o angulo inverso de la columna. Lo mejor es combinar el &#8220;Screening&#8221; con un video de su Swing. Esto hace que sea mas facil ilustrar que se necesita corregir. Yo le puedo dar la programacion de entrenamiento adecuada y el tratamiento si es necesario. Con los ejercicios adecuados usted mejorara su habilidad de tener una secuencia correcta, lo cual le garantiza una mejora de su Swing y una reduccion en los riesgos de lesion.</p>

Det är ett vanligt tillstånd som skapar en obalans i det muskuloskeletala systemet runt höft, bäcken och nedre delen av ryggen. Även om villkoret är ofarlig då denna obalans över tiden skapa onödig belastning på muskler och leder. Med tiden, som en ojämn belastning kan orsaka funktionshinder, minskad belastning tolerans och slitage. Det kan ofta vara en orsak till återkommande sjukdomar.</p>
<p>Orsak:<br />
Nedre tvär syndrom sker genom att förkorta spinae (musklerna på baksidan) korsas med ökande förkortning av hoftebøyere (muskler på framsidan) och på SVAG skinkan muskler korsar med dålig mage muskler.</p>
<p>Det finns många skäl till varför man kan ha ökat spänningstillstånd (styvhet) av olika muskelgrupper. De vanligaste orsakerna är felaktig hållning / låg medvetenhet om hur man utför dagliga sysslor, felaktig träning, ensidig stress och lockout och spänningar i ryggraden av andra orsaker.</p>
<p>Symptom:</p>
<p>Kan vara en smärta i nedre delen av ryggen, höft eller bäckenlederna.<br />
Smärta i spinae, skinkan muskler, höft böjning eller ljumske.<br />
Minskad rörlighet i höft, bäcken eller ländryggen<br />
Attitydförändringar större inflytande i nedre delen av ryggen, offset ländryggen (ländryggen), externt roteras höftbenen, under sträckning av knäleden<br />
Ökad spänning / stelhet spinae och / eller skinkan muskler<br />
Uppskatta:<br />
Läkaren kommer att genomföra en grundlig sjukdomshistoria och undersökning för att fastställa orsaken och ramen för obalans och attityden förändras att en nedre tvär syndrom har orsakat över tiden. Då läkaren hitta lämpliga åtgärder behandlings.</p>
<p>Behandling:<br />
Ofta felfunktioner i höft, bäcken, ländryggen (de låsta lederna) korrigeras med en eller flera justeringar (manipulation), korrigeringar för att återställa normal ledrörlighet. Behandlingen är vanligtvis inte smärtsamt och du snabbt se förbättringar av smärta och funktion. It is a common condition that creates an imbalance in the musculosceletal system around the hip, pelvis and lower back. Although the condition is harmless then this imbalance over time creating unnecessary strain on muscles and joints. Over time, as an uneven load could inflict disabilities, decreased load tolerance and wear. It can often be a cause of recurrent ailments.<span id="more-724"></span></p>
<p><strong>Cause:</strong><br />
Lower cross syndrome occurs by shortening the spinal (muscles on the back) crossed with increasing shortening of hip flexoers (muscles on the front) , weak buttock and abdominal muscles.</p>
<p>There are many reasons why one may have increased stress state (stiffness) of different muscle groups. The most common causes are incorrect posture / low level of awareness of how to perform daily tasks, improper training, one-sided stress and too high tension in the lumber area. And also general poor physical condition.</p>
<p><strong>Symptoms:</strong></p>
<p>Can be a pain in the lower back, hip or pelvic joints. <span style="line-height: 1.5;">Pain in spine, buttock muscles, hip flexores or groin.</span></p>
<p>Reduced mobility of the hip, pelvis or lumbar region.<br />
Postural changes increased sway in the lower back, externally rotated hip bones, hyperextention of the knees,<br />
increased tension / stiffness in the lower back and / or buttock muscles. Often shown with a protruding tummy.<br />
<strong>Examination:</strong><br />
We will conduct a thorough medical history and examination to determine the cause and context of the imbalance and the postural changes that a lower cross syndrome has caused over time. Then we find the appropriate treatment measures.</p>
<p><strong>Treatment:</strong><br />
Often the locked joints of the hip, pelvis, lumbar has to be corrected with one or more adjustments (manipulation), to restore normal joint movement. Treatment is usually not painful and you quickly see improvements in pain and function. This should be combined with guided strengthening of the weak muscles and stretching the tight ones and ergonomic training. In case you are a golfer, you should get help with the set up position and the swing characteristic. We can also help you with this as Verified TPI fitness instructor.</p>
<p><strong>What can I do myself?</strong></p>
<p>Try to maintain movement as well as possible.<br />
Follow the exercises you been instructed to, both to strengthen the weak muscles and increase flexibility in the short muscles.<br />
<strong>Prevention:</strong></p>
<p>Good posture, increased awareness and concentration on how to perform movements without &#8220;cheating&#8221;.<br />
Exercise, movement, stretching.<br />
Maintain optimal functioning of the rest of the spine, hip, knee and foot joints. As you know, A path not walked on, grows fast up again. Synonymous with that, if you do not take out full motion you will eventually lose it.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Diabetes mellitus is a chronic disease. There are many diseases resulting from diabetes, e.g. changes in the connective tissue, neuropathy (impaired sense of touch) and reduced circulation. Seen from the foots point of view, this is an unfortunate combination. There is a risk that you will not feel pressure from your shoe or folds in your stockings. This may induce sores on your feet which only heal with great difficulty.</p>
<p>Foot sores on a diabetic foot may quickly develop into serious injuries that require a surgical procedure. The sores will most often develop underneath the foot, on the toes, between the toes or on the heel. In the beginning, they may not look like much, but it is still essential that you have them checked and treated by a chiropodist as soon as possible. All the possible problem areas make it important that you establish a routine for your feet.</p>
<p><b>Chiropodist</b><br />
Sores call for a chiropodist<br />
As a diabetic, you should always consult a chiropodist who can give you a status of your foot. The chiropodist will examine whether you have an impaired sense of touch. If this is the case, it is important that you continue to consult a chiropodist with special training within the area of diabetic feet. If you have or have had foot sores, it is also essential that you see a chiropodist regularly. Physiotherapists can examine functionality and the status of your joints, but when it comes to sores, it demands the expert knowledge of the chiropodist.</p>
<p><b>Take care of your feet</b><br />
Give your feet a thorough check-up every day. The skin must be whole and smooth, both on top and underneath. Use a mirror if it is difficult to see the whole foot.</p>
<p><b>Clean feet</b><br />
Keep your feet clean with a brief, daily wash in lukewarm, soapy water. Test the temperature of the water with your hands, before you put your feet in. If you have an impaired sense of touch in your feet, you may get burns without even noticing. Avoid long foot baths that reduce the resistance of the skin. Dry your feet well and take special care between the toes in order to prevent athletes foot (tinea pedis). If the skin on your feet becomes too dry, it may rupture and crack. The feet must be moisturised after each foot bath. Avoid moisturising between the toes. Your doctor or chiropodist can recommend suited creams.</p>
<p><b>Hot or cold feet</b><br />
If you have a tendency towards hot, moist feet, you can use an antiperspirant available at the pharmacists. Cold feet may, however, be countered by massage, foot gymnastics and circulation exercises. Your physiotherapist can help you by suggesting specific exercises. It is also important to make sure that there is enough room in socks and shoes. Avoid warming your feet with an electric heating cushion or the likes. It is better to use a woollen blanket or woollen socks.</p>
<p><b>Toe nails</b><br />
Toe nails must be cut straight across. If you have hard nails, it is best to cut them right after your foot bath while they are still soft. Make sure there are no sharp corners or edges. If you have problems with your toe nails, a chiropodist can help you.</p>

Your feet grow during the day, and with some people they swell. Therefore you should change your shoes regularly during the day. Before you put on your shoes, you should check your shoes with your hand for rough spots or other kinds of unevenness in the shoes that may irritate the skin. It often takes very little to make a hole, especially if your feet swell during the day.</p>
<p><b>Callous skin</b><br />
If you get pressure marks, corns or very callous or even cracked skin, it is a sign of overload. Never try to remove callous skin, corns or warts yourself. Over-the-counter drugs for the removal of warts and corns should be avoided because they often damage the skin. See a chiropodist instead who can help you find the reason for the callous skin.</p>
<p><b>Blisters</b><br />
Never puncture a blister that has developed due to faulty footwear or overload of the feet. The fluid in the blister protects the new, delicate layer of skin, until it can be subjected to wear. Put a dry piece of gauze on the blister to protect the delicate skin, if the blister ruptures.<br />
If there is blood or pus in the blister instead of a clear fluid, you should contact your doctor or chiropodist.</p>
<p><b>Athletes foot</b> (Tinea pedis)<br />
Athletes foot is seen as white, soft coverings or flaming red areas, most commonly on the forefoot, or even as small beads on the foot sole or all over the foot. Athletes foot is treated partly with a fungicide available at the pharmacists, and partly by avoiding creating a hot, moist environment for the foot, in which the fungi will thrive. Change your socks daily.</p>
<p><b>Bare feet</b><br />
Never go barefoot. Not even in your own home. If you have a reduced circulation or impaired sense of touch in your feet, you must avoid walking around barefoot. It is also wise to protect your feet against sharp objects on the beach. When vacationing in warm countries, the sand can become so hot from the sun that you risk burning your feet. Walking around barefoot outside is especially dangerous because of the risk of cuts and infections.<br />

<p><b>Treat your feet nicely</b><br />
Your footwear must fit you<br />
The right shoe size is extremely important for a diabetic. The wrong type of shoe may cause sores and even amputation, if the worst comes to pass. Because the size and shape of the foot changes with time, it is important to ensure that your shoe size is correct. Always buy your shoes in the afternoon. At this time of day, your feet are at their largest. It should never be necessary to break in a pair of shoes. An easy way to check a pair of shoes is to draw a contour of your foot on a piece of paper and then add a few millimetres at the toes. Remember to draw the contour in the afternoon, when your feet are at their largest. Cut out the model and see if it fits smoothly in your shoes (no bends). Use it when you buy shoes, but also to check if your old footwear still fits. New footwear should only be used ½ hour the first time. Then take the shoe off and check the skin for any pressure marks (red marks) and blisters. Use a mirror or have someone help you control your feet.</p>
<p>Before you put on your footwear, you should check that there are no pebbles or sand in your shoe. Make a habit of checking and shaking your shoe, before you put it on.</p>
<p><b>Clogs</b><br />
The muscles of the feet do not function normally when you wear clogs &#8211; not even the ones with flexible soles &#8211; but clogs can be appropriate in certain working situations. If you wear clogs at work, it is, however, important to use soft, flexible shoes in your own time.</p>
<p><b>Socks</b><br />
A sock which is too tight and wrinkled or a seam in the sock may cause pressure marks and sores. It is a good idea to turn the seam of the sock outside and always choose a sock which is big enough. This also goes for nylons.</p>
<p><b>Physiotherapist or chiropodist</b><br />
If you have foot sores or an impaired sense of touch, you should have your chiropodist make you a protective inlay. Chiropodists have special training within this field. If you have healthy feet without sores or other conditions, you can get help from a physiotherapist, who may even help you by making you a pair of dynamic insoles. This can give you better balance, functionality when walking and increased circulation. Being a diabetic, it is important that your insoles do not take up too much space in your shoes, thus squeezing your foot.</p>
<p><b>The insole must fit your foot</b><br />
In order to stimulate the circulation in your foot, it is important that the insole is dynamic, so that it does not prevent the musculature of your foot from working. To ensure that the insole fits your foot optimally, you should make appointments for control examinations with your physiotherapist. For an arthritic foot, it is important that the footwear has the necessary extra space over the forefoot, both in width and height. The toes suffer the most, if there is not enough room in the shoe. A childs feet are so fine and perfect because they are not wrapped in shoes &#8211; this until they are 10-15 months old. Then they get shoes on. This brochure will inform you about the most important matters concerning your childs feet.</p>
<p><b>Childrens feet grow</b><br />
Childrens feet grow a lot. Especially those of small children grow at an incredible pace. Therefore it is important that you as a parent control your childs feet often and check, whether the shoes are big enough. We recommend that this is done at least once a month, as childrens feet grow intermittently. A childs foot can grow up to 20 mm in six months. When the children are 2-3 years old, their feet grow by 15 mm. Subsequently the feet grow about 10 mm a year. For boys, this will continue until they are about 15, and for girls until they are about 13.</p>
<p><b>The foot</b><br />
A foot consists of 26 bones. These are very soft, when the child is only a couple of years old. Therefore it is important to take good care of them. It is important to make sure that there is plenty of room for the foot in the childs sock. It is also important that the sock is made from a type of material in which the foot can breathe and shed sweat in order to avoid athletes foot (tinea pedis). Children sweat 2-3 tablespoons of fluid a day from their feet.</p>
<p><b>The childs shoes</b><br />
The shoe must be shaped after a healthy and natural foot. There must be room at the front of the shoe for the toes to lie in direct continuation of the metatarsal bones, i.e. the inner side of the shoe must be straight.</p>
<p>The opening in the back of the shoe must be narrow enough to maintain the foot in the same place and ensure that the foot does not slide forward in the shoe.</p>
<p>The heel of the shoe must be low &#8211; this way the weight of the body is distributed appropriately on the foot.</p>
<p>A firm heel cover supports and controls the foot when walking. The sole must be flexible so that the muscles of the foot can function optimally and thus help maintain the curve of the arch. The shoe must have the right length, width and toe height.</p>
<p>Basically shoes should have a 15 mm surplus in length: 3 mm for the curve of the nose, 5 mm for sliding, so that the foot can move around in the shoe and a 7 mm addition to allow for growing feet. The shoe must fit well on the foot with a flexible type of closing in the form of laces, Velcro or wide straps.</p>
<p><b>Pick the right shoe</b><br />
A trick for buying shoes for children is to draw a contour of the childs foot, add a few millimetres and cut out the contour. This must be done in the afternoon when the foot is at its largest. Now you have a model of your childs foot, which you can place in the shoes and find out, which ones that fit the model best, before you decide which shoes to get for your child.<br />
An ancient Chinese proverb runs: If your feet ache, then you will forget all other worries. In return, there will not be much rest, because your feet are shouting angrily: Why did you not take care of us in time? &#8211; and it is hard to relax with all that shouting.</p>

<p><b>You do not always end up with insoles.</b><br />
The concept as such is not only built around the making and fitting of the insoles, but it also includes a precise examination of the anatomical conditions of your feet and legs and a course of action which is a mixture of physiotherapeutic treatment and exercises.</p>
<p>Therefore it is important to emphasize that you will have a greater chance of success with the concept, if you are active with your personal exercise programme. We do not just make a pair of insoles for the fun of it. So do not be surprised if it all ends up with quite another recommendation than insoles. The fundamental basis is that you will have what is best for you.</p>
<p><b>If you do end up with a pair of insoles,</b> it is always possible to adjust and re-adjust them if there are changes in the status of your foot. Furthermore, the insoles are dynamic. This means that your joints and muscles can still move, but now with your foot in the right position.</p>
<p><b>Control</b><br />
During the course of your SuperSole treatment process, your feet and body will develop in a positive direction. Therefore we recommend that you have your insoles checked regularly in order for you to have the desired effect of the treatment at all times.</p>

<p><strong>  </strong>Many different patient groups use insoles made by e.g. chiropodists, orthotists, orthopedic shoemakers and physiotherapists. The question is: who makes the best insoles? Or maybe rather:  what is the difference?</p>
<p>With the SuperSole concept, we have taken side and chosen the physiotherapists. The SuperSole concept is a treatment system for foot related problems, which combines well-known physiotherapy treatment &#8211; exercise therapy, mobilization and manipulation &#8211; with the possibility of making customised insoles to patients who may benefit from the insoles.</p>
<p>Physiotherapists are well aware that a distortion of the back, hip or knee may be caused by the foundation &#8211; the foot &#8211; being out of balance. To them, it is elementary that foot problems cannot be treated without examining how a change in the static’s of the foot, e.g. when using an insole, can affect the rest of the body.</p>
<p>In this connection, the 3½-year education of the physiotherapists within the areas of anatomy, biomechanics and examination technique is quite unique. It is unthinkable for a physiotherapist to support a patient foot with an insole without examining if the real reason for the problem is:</p>
<p>&#8211; that mobility in a foot joint has been changed and must be    treated.</p>
<p>&#8211; that the foot is part of a compensation for an anatomically too long leg.</p>
<p>&#8211; poor alignment between the foot and the knee.</p>
<p>It is important to examine and treat all of the above, before producing and handing out an insole. But what is even more important: insoles must never become a passive helping aid but must be seen as part of a treatment. It is essential that the insoles can be adjusted continuously as other forms of treatment such as mobilisation and rehabilitation have an impact on the cause of the problem. The insole should also be adjusted if the patient condition changes due to progression of an illness. Making and adjusting a pair of insoles at the physiotherapists as part of a treatment process ensures constant adjustment of the insoles to the patient needs.</p>
